First Steelhead

This past weekend I had the opportunity to finally catch my first Steelhead  up here in Washington.  I spent a bunch of summers fishing for these with my Papa as a kid but we just never could quite get it done.  So on Saturday I met up with my buddy Mike O'Neill, whom I met up in Alaska this summer, and we fished the Wynooche River in Western Washington and did a 19 mile float through some great PNW country.

I can't thank Mike enough for taking me out with him and his brother this past weekend. If any of you are ever up in Washington and looking to do some fishing you should definitely look up Northwest Fishing with Mike.
